hi im trying to get an understanding if i may be pregnant or not i had 2 periods in the month of october the first was pinkish brownish lasted one day then a regular cycle took place on the 19th of october i took 5 test 4 had faint lines the 5th test was negative could i be pregnant

From history it seems that first you got like brownish might be having breakthrough bleeding.
Second one you got on 19 th october was your regular period.
Now your test for pregnancy is also negative.
So there is very less chance of having pregnancy.
