Allergy. Adviced alevert plus afrin,nasal spray.Remedy?
I have been feeling really bad for over a week. I went to a doctor and he said it wasn't strep but was allergies/hay fever. I took zrtec and changed to alevert plus afrin (3 days on and then 3 days off) plus saline spray and Chloraseptic and still not feeling any better. Living on aspirin also. very congested, no energy. Is this really allergies and is there something else I should be doing
