Alcohol Intake, Head Spinning, Pain, Body Ache. Suggestions?

My head won't stop spooning ever since last night I went out with a few friends only had one drink a strawberry margarita.. When I laid my head down the room was spinning now it's the next day n the pain is still there I can't lay down with out the room spinning n my body is aching I'm not drunk n I don't think one drink could effect me so much it's so painfully it feels like I took 20 shots n my body just won't focus

Your symptoms are suggestive of peripheral vertigo, which usually settles down in a few days. There is no need to worry at present.
For relief of symptoms, you may take betahistine tablets now.
