After Taking Levoquin For Bronchitis, The Left Side Of My

After taking Levoquin for bronchitis, the left side of my neck going down the shoulder blade and across to the shoulder and left upper arm became extremely painful, swollen, tender and tingling. I had MRI's of the left shoulder and cervical spine. I am a breast cancer survivor....bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction....2015. I continue to have pain in my neck, left shoulder and left upper arm. The MRI's showed a C3-4 posterior central annular tear; left facet hypertrophy moderately narrowing the foramen; C4-5 broad-based disk osteophyte moderately compressing the ventral cord. Moderate to severe central stenosis. Uncinate process osteohyte produces moderate to severe bilateral forminal stenosis. C5-6 broad based right eccentric osteophyte mildly to moderately compressing ventral cord without abnormal intramedullary signal. Moderate to severe central stenosis.C6-7 broad based disk osteophyte moderately compressing dural tube. Moderate central stenosis. Uncinate process osteophyte produces moderate right foraminal stenosis and mild left foraminal stenosis. Cannot exclude possibility of posterior longitudinal ligament calcification. Incidentally noted retropharyngeal course of left common and internal carotid artery impressing the left posterior pharyngeal wall. Left shoulder...There is physiological joint fluid. Rotator cuff.....small partial thickness bursal side tearing is suspected in anterior supraspinatus tendon...approx. 6mm. There is some motion degradation as well. Biceps tendon...mild increased signal within the substance of the intra-articular portion of the long head of the biceps tendon. No tear identified. Labrum/ligaments.....superior labrum shows mild increased signal but no discrete tear. A subchondral cyst is seen at apex of the glenoid. Joint/bones...moderate hypertrophic change at the AC joint. Fluid seen within AC joint. I would like to know just what is going on and what to do next. I just realized this is not a free site. I am a widow living on a fixed income and cannot afford any type of payment. Do you offer any other sites without payment?
