General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms could be related to gastritis. However depending on your gender, if you were a female patient, missing periods, and sexually active, should rule out possible pregnancy first.

If not, further consultation with a gastroenterologist is highly recommended.

Take antacids 2 hours after food. Avoid citrus, oily, high-calorie foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
