After Administering Anti-malaria Drug (Artesunate Amodiaquin) I Went For A

After administering anti-malaria drug (Artesunate Amodiaquin) i went for a test a week later and the Lab Technician told me what he saw on the BS test was 'chromatin dots' and that the active form of malaria was cleared by the drug. Also RDT kit test showed a negative results. Previously I had used AL drugs but their was a relapse of malaria in less than two weeks to show my case is resistant to AL. What should i do now dear Doctor. Should i treat again using another drug or the presents of chromatin dots alone is not of any clinical significance. Your advice will be highly appreciated. thank you
