With your query you didn't mention since when you have this problem if it is only for one or two days I mean the foul smell and diarrhea then nothing to worry that might be due to the food you had.it looks like you have an indigestion problem also so take some easily digestable foods like curd which is probiotics , banana and more fruits also. Hope this is useful. If problem persists consult your doctor and be on drugs
