Hello,
As you have mentioned in the history that you spend long hours on computer. It is common to have these symptoms and these symptoms are called as computer vision syndrome.
The advice for you is to have
Proper posture while working on computer like erect posture with level of your eyes at higher level when compared to screen of the computer.
To take breaks at regular intervals by closing your both eyes for 2 minutes or washing the eyes with normal water after working for one hour continuously.
To continue using your glasses with uv coating regularly.
If the symptoms wont resolve you can use artificial tears eye drops.

Thank you
