About A Decade Ago I Started Having A Regular Itch

About a decade ago I started having a regular itch in the groin. I was not sexually active however figured I might have jock itch and self treated with over the counter ointment medications. These did not help. I went to my family doctor. He examined my testes and said i did not have a fungus and whatever I had was not contagious and I should just ignore it. The itch persisted and while being seen by my skin care doctor for facial skin cancer I asked her opinion. She suggested I try anti-histamines as she thought it was just in my skin. This did not correct the problem. In the last year I wake up with an itching groin unless I sleep with my groin open to the air. The heat seems to make it worse. I have sometimes sprayed hot water on my itchy groin and after it cools off the itch is gone. Sometimes I am thinking the itch is due to my being virtually celibate and my sex chakra is calling out to me to be more sexually active. I have joined some social networking sites and am seeking to change this. Recently I went to a urologist and I have been diagnosed with testes atrophy and had several blood tests. I am wondering about possible remedies.
Prolactin normal range is 2 – 18 ug/L mine was 8.0
Lutropin normal range is 3.1 – 34.6 IU/L mine was 9.6
Creatinine normal range is 0.66 – 1.25 mg/dL mine was 0.75
PSA normal range is 0 – 4 ug/L mine was 1.21
What about Testing for Testosterone?
In reviewing testes atrophy I found the following case where a man recovered from testes atrophy, I am wondeirng if this might be helpful in my health care.

TheHelp to everyone sept 27, 2012

when i was 17 years old i took steroids. i was not fully developed yet and never new about PCT's or Serms. The effects of atrophy set in and i never thought much about it after 8 years i started feeling tired , weak , no drive n life and low libido . so i went to the doctor and had a 298 test level thay put me on Test - Depo / Cypinate every 14 days i told the doctor that i didn't need this that i need my own testicles to function normally again and that this was the reason i had low test in the first place he told me that his treatment was the best option i argued and placed many phone calls to specialist and did tons of research and found out that i had made a huge mistake when i was 17 and was an idiot. But i found out that there was people just like me so i contacted them on line and forums found a patient being treated for it who taught me every thing and gave me a treatment that worked for him so i took it to my doctor and said this is what i want to do help me or i will find a new doctor. i gave him all my research and we decided it was possible to work but it would be very aggressive and will have side effects. at this point i was desperate and running out of options. I was to stop the T shots and Take HCG for 1 and a half months then start with nolvadex for 3 weeks then switch to clomid for 3 weeks. so i did. Best choice of my life It was very aggressive i had a few mood swings but i controlled hem well used exercise to help. After the treatment my testicles grew back to all most 100% normal size my libido was of the charts rock hard boners BTW and My test levels were sustained around 750-850. Since this i have had tons of energy and sex drive as well as feeling confident again.

I am wondering about the above treatment with:
1) HCG for one and a half months followed by
2) nolvadex for 3 weeks
3) clomid for 3 weeks

Thank you for your help in advance.
