About 2 years ago my right arm began giving me problems: weakness, poor range of motion and pain while reaching or lifting. My family doctor ruled out rotator cuff and suggested physical therapy which I did on my own excercising/band strengthening. The pain is still there, however a little less severe, but now I have similiar pain in my left arm. Note I was a right handed pitcher in baseball for about 10 years.
