Abdominal Pain, Burning Sensation, Blood In Stool. Had Hysterectomy. Suggestions?

I had a total abdominal hysterectomy 8 weeks ago. But have been back to work at 7 weeks. My job is standing all day and lifting I have started having extreme pain in my abdominal area started from the right side and is burning also. I have blood in my stool also. I am feeling totally worn out. I work in a meat department.

may be some infection left and wound week
due to preesure of standing this may happen
consult the doctor who can judge better by physical exam rather thoughts
but you need rest
metrogyl 400 mg tds to cover infection if left
lot of warm water
antacids to prevent constipations
and meftal spas sos till you consukt doctor who did your surgery
