AFTER A FALL, AND USING MY HANDS TO CATCH MYSELF,

AFTER A FALL, AND USING MY HANDS TO CATCH MYSELF, I CAN NO LONGER LIFT MY RIGHT ARM MORE THAN HIP HIGH. I CAN LAY MY HAND FLAT ON THE WALL AND MOVE MY HAND UP THE WALL TO GET MY ARM ALL THE WAY UP. IT HURTS LIKE CRAZY WHEN I DO THAT AND IT IS EXHAUSTING. THE PAIN IS CONSTANT. (I AM A SECRETARY, SO LOTS OF TYPING ON A KEYBOARD). THE PAIN IS IN MY BICEP MUSCLE AS WELL AS IN MY SHOULDER. BY THE WAY, WHEN I FELL, I FELT SORT OF A REVERBERATING CRUNCH GO FROM MY WRIST TO MY NECK.
