A while ago I was on vacation in spain and one night I was going to a club, I had been drinking a lot than night, and I had been drinking a lot the entire week before. But while going out I suddenly got an incredible sharp pain in on the right side of my upper abdominal area, around my diapragm. The pain was so severe I couldnt walk or do anything really. It was slightly relieved when my friends applied a lot of pressure on the spot where it was hurting. The pain was so severe that I actually passed out a couple of times because of it, although this was probably partly because of the large ammount of alcohol I consumed. The pain continued very heavily the next couple of days and I often got very dizzy and confused, it got better when applying pressure to the area so i bound a belt around my diaphragm. However I didn't stop consuming alcohol during those days which in hindsight I probably should have done. After about 2 days I also got a weird brown spot on the painfull area, and another one more to the center of my diaphragm. I went to a hospital in spain but the taxi driver brought us to a free clinic and the wait time was very long so I left. Now to months later I still have the brown spots and not really a stabbing pain but more of an uncomfortable itch on the spot where I initially had the stabbing pain. I would very much appreciate it if you could maybe share your view on my issue. I am a 17 year old male by the way and apart from this I am reasonably healthy, although I do drink a lot. Usually I drink the equivalent of about 12 to 15 beers once or twice a week sometimes more. And I do drugs once or twice a month. Usually xtc amphetamines 4fmp or coke and I smoke weed or hash once a week.
