A Nuclear Bone Scan And PET SCAN Done In 2010

A nuclear bone scan and PET SCAN done in 2010 showed no tumors. Now I have a proximal humeral tumor measuring 25mm from a recent MRI and CT ordered recently because of pain. Radiologist seem to agree it is an enchondroma but I have severe pain worst at night or when trying to rest. I have been diagnosed with undifferated mixed connective tissue disease and with NASH Liver disease. Recent blood work showed high absolute basophil count and high alkaline phosphate. The arm is swollen by 2 inches compared to the other arm. Should I be concerned since Enchondroma and Chondrosarcoma is difficult to distinguish for some radiologist.
