A Little Advice Please! So I’ve Been Having Bad Periods

A little advice please! So I’ve been having bad periods ever since I was 14-15 years old, resulting in me not being able to get out of bed (I’ve missed so many days of school due to my periods), and vomiting. Please note, I started my period earlier than most people usually would on average (at 10 years old).

I’m 16 now, and they’ve just been getting worse lately. The cramps only used to last up until the 1st, 2nd and 3rd day, but now I have excruciating cramps throughout my period, accompanied by heavy clotting and bleeding throughout. My stomach often feels really inflamed when I’m menstruating, and I have had tests to see if it was IBS, but they came back negative. So I suspected it was to do with my uterus since they’re around the same area.
My clots have always been quite large.
I also cramp a lot when I’m ovulating.

I’ve been to and from hospital quite a few times due to the cramps, on serveal occasions the doctors have suspected endometriosis.
The pain has traveled to my upper abdomen, hips and my sternum, as well as my upper legs. I never used to get pain in these places when I was 13-14. The pain always makes me vomit.

I‘m currently waiting on a gynaecologist and I’m not sure when I’ll get to see one, but for now I don’t think I can deal with the pain from the cramps every month, especially the vomiting.
I tried the pill in order to help with the inflammation and pain.
I’ve been on 3 different contraceptive pills from August 2022, all of which haven’t worked out for me due to side effect factors, and only just lately I’ve been off the pills. I’m really not sure what to do. If the pills aren’t working out for me, I don’t know what will.
I have considered having a hysterectomy many times but I’m not sure if they’ll let a 16 year old do that. But right now, I’m desperate so please. Any advice will be appreciated.
