A Few Weeks Ago, A Dentist Shoved A Needle Througj

A few weeks ago, a dentist shoved a needle througj my gums and it came out inside my right nostril. The site remained inflamed, bright red, with a SEVERELY painful burning sensation at every breath for almost two weeks before finally going back to normal.

Now, I've had a runny nose from allergies for a few days and the redness, inflamation, and pain (though only mild stinging this time, but still - painful!!) are back!

Why is this happening? And how do I make it stop? It doesn't seem much affected by ibuprofen and takes way longer to heal than it should!!
