68 yr old woman with history of a-fib, dilated cardiomyopathy (idiopathic), recent metformin controlled diabetes, recent gallstone related gallbladder-duodonel and large colon fistula. Anemia with value of 80 g/l Hb. What is cause for anemia? Fistula? or Apixaban? or PPi? or Lipitor?
