63 Yo Male With 2 Year History Of Dry Cough,

63 yo male with 2 year history of dry cough, intermittent arthralgia, night sweats, weight los, periodic lower extremity edema, abdominal bloating, diarrhea, severe leg pain, maylagia, elevated cRP and ESR, relief with steroids, decreased memory, CT chest/abdomen shows interstital pulmonary edema, small bilteral pleural effusions, pulnonary artery enlaraged, pericardial effusion, abdominal lymphadenopathy, jejunal wall thickening, normal WBC, hgb, electroloytes and creatinie.
symptoms started after a trip to south american. original PPD was normal.
