6 months pregnant and suddenly woke up to pain and tightness that radiated all the way around my chest cavity and into my diaphragm. I am not have difficulty breathing...besides trying not to panic and my throat doesn't feel tight. I almost felt like a giant muscle cramp swallowing my thoracic cavity. Then I got a little gassy and it helped when I let out a couple "toots". Walking and distracting myself is the only thing making the symptoms subside. Still having a little of the tightness between my shouulder blades right now and diaphragm.
