6 Months Ago, I Used IV Drugs For The Last

6 months ago, I used IV drugs for the last time. When I did so, I did something incorrectly and my hand went numb, the feeling came back later on that day. Soon after the feeling returned, I was stung by a bee, which I am allergic to. All of this occurred in a matter of a few hours. Since then, there has been something that feels like a ball on my wrist below my thumb. Two months ago, the spot was hit hard, the "ball" got smaller and my arm and hand went completely numb. For the past 24 hours or so, I have had great pain in my hand and shooting down to my elbow. I went to the hospital for this, much after the allergic reaction went away and the doctor simply gave me antibiotics and sent me home, she said it was nothing to worry about. Now, I'm worrying. Please help to advise me on what to do and possibly the proper type of doctor to see. I am currently keeping my arm across my chest.
