You are already consult your pediatrician and medicine is going on, so no need to worry about green stool ,
In child intestine is not able to digest bile, So they are passing frequent green / yellow stool.

I would advice:
Stool routine.after finishing his treatment.
Consult Your Pediatrician once for if green stool persist.

Diet For 6 Month Child:
1.Breast milk should be given.
2.Biscuits in milk
3.Mashed banana
4.Mashed Potato
5.Any cereal may be mixed with water or milk.

Sometimes its very difficult to accept new food, so at time try one type of food for several days.

contact to me with the progress in case u need further suggestions

"i wish your child good health"
