52 yo male 6ft. 300# high blood pressure somewhat undercontrol. Never smoked, drink rarely. Excercise mostly boat paddling/kayaking. Had mild stroke in 2015. Have been good for last year. Two weeks ago started getting really bad pain in chest and both arms. Both lasted 2-3 hours. Had two of these episodes in last two weeks including tonight. Tonights included 20 -30 urinations in less than three hours. Have appt with cardiologist next week. But these thigs are painful, very uncomfortable, and real scary. Thoughts?
