5 days ago while standing and pouring from a full piture of water the muscle that goes up the side of my spine in my lower back spasmed violently. For 5 days now it will spasm again rising out of bed in the morning so my husband pulls me out of bed. Once I am on my feet I have no pain but if I sit the pain comes back with a severe vengence. I have made every effort with ice and to stay off of it. Now, the pain has moved near the base of my spine. What is
