4 Weeks Ago I Had 2 Wisdom Teeth And A

4 weeks ago i had 2 wisdom teeth and a 12 year molar all on the left side removed(teeth #15,16,&17) with no complications per my surgeon. I was given IV sedation, ketamine and fentanyl, along with zofran for nausea and the nitro mask, from what I was told. I was sent home with PCN, Zofran(I was vomiting constantly after waking from sedation) and Norco 5/325. I was extremly nauseated for the first 12-24 hours, vomiting everytime i sat up, coupled with extreme headache and dizziness. After 24 hours I would only vomit soon after taking PCN so i was told by my surgeon to discontinue and was not prescribed another antibiotic. I seemed to be healing well, went back to work on the 3rd day post op, had minimal swelling, and minimal bruising. Day 5-6 I had an increase in pain and day 7 went in and was diagnosed with dry socket. days 7-11 I was in the office getting new dressings placed. By day 14 I was feeling good, still soreness but not pain radiating all through my face and the last spot in my mouth seemed to be healing well. Day 17 I had a follow up call from surgeon and was told to keep doing what I was doing with hot packs and ibuprofen for pain. Day 18-20 had another increase in pain. Day 21 I saw my primary dentist who stated there appeared to be nothing significant to keep on a strict ibuprofen every 6 hours regimen for possible inflammation of the nerve. Day 24 I saw another surgeon from my surgeons office, who took an xray and again stated nothing seemed wrong, to continue what I was doing and take it day by day. Day 26, signigicant increase in pain. Day 27 awoke with a golf ball size growth on the left side of my jaw, significant pain, no discharge in mouth and all holes appear to be closed or nearly close. No redness or warmth on spot. Spoke to surgeon who prescribed an antibiotic, and continue to flush hole and to come in and see her immediatly in the morning. Day 28, went to surgeon where I was sedated with IV sedation once again for what was supposed to be a small incision(couple mm) to allow flushing of the socket daily. Awoke from sedation and was sent home with same instructions as extraction and no additional information. Upon numbness and sedation wearing off began to feel significant swelling inside my mouth. When finally able to see inside, found significant bruising to left internal jaw into the left throat(entreme soreness), a new stitch placed, swelling to the left side of my tongue, and redness and more than previous swelling to the outside of my jaw, and redness up near my orbital bone. Do these new symptoms seem consistent with and "incision and drainage" as it was descriped to me?
