37 Weeks Pregnant, Enlarged Left Kidney For Baby, Nothing Can Be Done Till Baby Is Out. Suggestions?

hi, i am 37.5 weeks pregnant and my doctor just told me that my baby boy's left kidney tube is enlarged but she said there is nothing i can do about it untill he comes out... i was just wondering if there is anything i can do hes healthy almost 8lbs.. and i have been in pain for 2 weeks none stop... my back and my stomach and everytime i go to the hospital they tell me they cant do anything for me untill im dilated... but i am worried about my babies kidney tube being enlarged cuz i read that it can cause his kidney to burst.. what should i do because my doctor wont do anything for me.

I can understand the intensity of pain that you are undergoing.Unfortunately as your doctor has advised we donot have any intervention or remedy at this point of time for this condition.Since you have reached term a few more days of your patience counts as it is the right time for delivery. Donot be anxious and we shall hope for the best.I wish both of you good health.
