30 years old, a woman. Living in Bacolod. Wisdom tooth removed recently and began on amoxicillin for the infection. Occasional use of mefenamic for the pain. Shortly after taking the amoxicillin, heart went into holding described as being frozen in place. High pulse rate and BP followed. Several times over following days the feeling of high heat in the hands and arms, but no signs of fever. Cold at night, with a pinching pain in the head and abdominal area. No previous history of symptoms prior to tooth removal.
