24 Year Old With Pain In The Knee, Numbness In The Leg Spreading To Arm And Fingers. Need To Go To Emergency?

I am a 24-year-old female with no high cholesterol and no pre-existing conditions.
I had a dull ache in my right knee, but when I tried to walk it out like I normally do, everything below my right knee went numb and there was a sharp pain in my right hip.
When I tried to elevate my leg, my right leg became taut, with varying numbness and dull pain, and then I felt my right arm start to go taut and numb from the shoulder, spreading to my fingers.
I have no chest pain, I've had pain in the middle of my back today, my speech is fine, and I am coherent. This has been going on for 20 minutes.
Please, what is happening and do I need to go to the hospital?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hallo dear friend
i hv studied your case
there might be muscle spasm due to sudden flexion of spine
this is you first episode or repeatedly having same problem
you need methylcobalamine

take rest , , hot or cold fomentation

sit with taking support to your back
continue spine extension exersizes

you may need MRI SPINE if pain and numbness doesnt get relived

other thing is that it can be TIA transient ischemic attack
you should consult to neurospecialist for that

for further query contact drvaibhavg@yahoo.com
