22 Years Old And Missed Periods For 20 Days. Took Hpt But All Lines Disappeared

I am 22 years old female.its 20 days since i missed my periods.i took home pregnancy test but both the lines disappeared.even the line which is shows the negative pregnancy result also got disappeared. what could be the reason?
