2 Years Ago I Had Half Of My Thyroid Removed

2 years ago I had half of my thyroid removed due to a nodule one of which was a pappillary micro carcinoma. I have been feeling tired and getting palpitations so i asked my gp to test thyroid that remained (which now also has nodules). My tsh was 4.5 and t4 was 14.2. Also my platelets were at 126. I constantly feel so fatigued that i feel ill. My gp wants to test in a months time but i feel like i need help now. What do you think?
