Recently I’ve had multiple symptoms relating to fibromyalgia including fatigue (to the point where I have to take a nap every day), pain on most of the pressure points, IBS flare ups now and again and brain fog type symptoms
I got tested for anaemia, diabetes and thyroid issues last year and they all came back clear
Could this be fibro or something else?
