16 year old male who had fetal distress with ingestion of meconium during birth now had an episode of dizziness followed by a fall with loss of consciousness. No sign of seizure of injury post fall. No other medical problem since birth. During ER evaluation he complained of chest pain briefly.

Hi,

Meconium aspiration children are prone to develop brain asphyxia lead to seizure disorder if age progress.

Also, the symptomatology near to seizure disorder, but you didn't mentioned what your neurophysician said. What is your electro encephalogram report says?

Other possibilities like arrythmia or hypotension or BPPV or hypoglycemia or anemia may be present like this.

Avoid high risk activities, use tablet Vertin.

You need to consult your Cardiologist/ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
