13 Year Old, Rash On Upper Thighs. Is This Due To Chaffing?
Hello, I have a 13 yr daughter with a rash looking or discoloration on her upper inner thighs. the discoloration is oblong in shape on one side and smaller and round on the other side and there is no pain or itching . I am African American and concerned if I should take her to obgyn or our family doctor? I also wonder if it may b from chaffing although she has a small frame.

No Mam this may not be due to chafing because this is very painful condition but as you said it does not cause pain or itching, see all the skin manifestation need to be seen by the doctor because it is art of looking, and appearance of lesion matter to us I would advise you to see the dermatologist, have nice day.
