10 Years Ago I Had A Craniotomy To Remove Multiple

10 years ago I had a craniotomy to remove multiple arachnoid cysts. Well last week I had another MRI revealing the following:
Stable post surgical changes as noted in the posterior right tempororal region. The lesion is slightly increased in AP dimension but otherwise unchanged 4.1 x 1.7 x 2.3 cm. In a prior study of April 15, 2013 measuring 3.7 x 1.7 x 2.3 cm. There are now 4 components of the cystistic lesion with the most anterior component showing intermediate signal on FLAIR
imaging suggesting proteinaceous content. The cystic lesion appears to be extra axial and indents the adjacent posterior right temporal lobe. Stable scattered gliotic foci are seen in the white matter of both cerebral hemispheres. A stable patent cavum septum pellucidum is seen.

Please, can you simplify this for me? I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years. However, today marks the 10th anniversary of my 1st surgery and my memory loss is increasing exponentially. So at times I really forget all that I learned back in the days.

Thank you,
A grateful patient
