Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
These red spots are looking like petechiae.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of these spots?
Are they raised or flat?
Do you have itching or burning on these spots?
Do you have history of fever, sore throat, cough, burning during urination, abdominal pain, loose stools prior to the eruption?
Have you taken any medicines prior to the eruption of these spots?
What are the sites of red spots?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

they were there for a day, they are mostly gone now less visible. they were bumpy like pimples maybe. when i pressed on my skin they would fade...no other symptoms like fever, sore throat or loose stools
not that visible now.
I read that Petechiae are flat and don%E2%80%99t change colour when you press on them but these are a bit bumpy and when I press on them they fade and become skin colour
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about
Detailed Answer:
There is nothing to worry about. They seem to be due to some minor unnoticed trauma or insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
