Brief Answer:
Exacerbation of bronchiectasis. Sputum culture recommend.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The fever you are currently having may be a sign of infection either viral infection or bacterial infection.
Suffering from bronchiectasis makes you prone to recurrent lung infections. The fact that you are having blood in sputum and fever and overall feeling unwell it is significant for exacerbation of bronchitis.
I think you may need to do a sputum culture to check if you are having a bacterial infection and which antibiotic can be used.
Take ibuprofen 600mg for fever immediately.
You can use your nebulisator.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
