I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached pictures.
It is looking like an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine10 mg once daily at bedtime for 10-14 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
