Hello and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service...
I've gone through your query...

Well, to reduce cholesterol, it's important to know the entire details i.e. your height, body-weight, investigation reports...If you've done the lipid profile investigations, I'd request to upload the complete report here so that I can assist you specifically...If there are any other investigations done along with then upload them as well...

Generally speaking, it's important to indulge in daily physical activities along with proper lifestyle and dietary modification...

Start working out and increase physical activities (for the beginning 30-45 minute of daily jogging in the morning or evening followed by free-hand exercises etc.)...

Apart from that, you should also initiate some dietary modification on daily basis. Try to avoid junk/fast foods completely, no excessive deep-fried foods strictly...

Stop smoking/using any form of tobacco completely (if you do), better to avoid alcohol also (if at all consume)...drink plenty of water throughout the day(at least 2.5ltr per day)...

Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of any packaged fruit juices...

Include a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in the daily diet.. have a bowl of salad every day...try to include foods which help to decrease Cholesterol and increase the HDL level (the good one) in the body, like olive oil, beans, and legumes, whole grains, plenty of nuts etc...

Follow all these strictly and also get a clinical check-up and investigation done by any physician from time to time to monitor the overall improvement...

Take Care
Kind Regards
