Brief Answer:
Your body mass index is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for reverting back with details.

As per height of 5 ft 5 inches and weight of 60 kg, your body mass index of 22kg/m2 is normal. So nothing to worry. If you still want to gain a few kilos then you may add foods like milk shakes, cakes, pastries, sweets etc in your diet in moderation.
Why do you want to gain weight?

Regards
Dr Vaishalee
