Brief Answer:
You ll need cardiologist consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You fall in high probability category for CAD. So, you should visit the cardiologist and get yourself evaluated with fasting lipid profile, echo and will need angiography.
This is the very purpose of these tests to identify the asymptomatic individuals before actual events have happened. Atleast should have aspirin on daily basis, if you are not planning to visit doctor.
So, you need to visit cardiologist and atleast get medicines prescribed even if you are not willing for any interventions. Medicines are also quite effective in prolonging life and preventing heart attacks.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
