Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for query ,

Based on the facts that you have posted you had undergone surgery for bladder stone 3 months back and now facing problem of frequency of urination .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments .
1) Is your Diabetic under control ?
2) Was a surgery for bladder stone an open surgery or endoscopic surgery,?
3) What is your age ?

The problem of frequent urination can be due to narrowing of urethral passage which is known to occur after endoscopic surgery which needs to be treated enoscopicaly by doing Visual Internal Urethrotomy .

You need to contact Urologist who has operated on you ,He will do necessary investigation and do the needful .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you

Brief Answer:
Your Diabetes is not under control .

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for follow up .
The reports suggest that you have UTI and your Diabetes is not under control . You need to consult qualified Diabetologist for proper dietary and medical management to keep your blood sugar levels under control .

As regards UTI get your Urine culture done to take appropriate antibiotics till then take following medications
1) Take Cefixime and Niftas twice daily and switch on to appropriate antibiotic after you get the urine culture report .

You have not provided any details about the nature of surgery for Bladder stone whether it was a open surgery or an endoscopic surgery .It is common to get narrowing of urethral passage (Stricture Formation ) after endoscopic surgery for bladder stone which leads to have these urinary problems .

Thanks and Regards.
