Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.

Eating more food is key in order to gain weight, but the amount of protein you eat is also important. Considering protein is the building block for most of your entire body - especially your lean mass.

So I would suggest you to take 2 scoops of protein powder with milk twice a day.

Add extras to your dishes for more calories, such as cheese , nut butter ,dry milk or liquid milk to foods for extra protein and calories.

Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise also may stimulate your appetite.

Hope this helps,
Let me know if I can assist you further..

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale.
