After going through the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG with no significant STT changes and occasional ectopics.
However taking into consideration the age group of the patient it’s advisable to get a stress echocardiogram done to complete the evaluation to rule out any underlying cardiac pathology.
