Question: psychosomatic issues mainly - anxiety - death of a loved one, abusive relationships , drinking too much - financial issues and now covid. i have amotryptaline but find the side affects really harsh on my body and my family and friend relationships are all ruined. i have no one to lean on or get support from. and now social isolation and no job. i need to talk to someone that will actually listen and show compassion. i feel like im abused and am being abused in narcissistic relationships.

What do you suggest as it’s a toss up between alcohol or amotryptaline to see me through the night. The pain , loneliness, abuse and psychological depreciation, humiliation and pure grief I feel is becoming in humane. I feel crazy. No stability or true love anymore.

I feel bullied and taken the loss out of and worst of all I feel like I’m already dead to some people. No one really cares. I need a job which I can’t get and I keep drinking
