Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

It could definitely be a pulled muscle. How did it happen? Abruptly, after a certain movement? Or gradually? And do you have shortness of breath? Fever?

If you feel alright, I recommend you take it easy for a few days and contact your doctor if it gets worse or you experience difficulties breathing. You can try aspirin or NSAIDs for pain relief.

Hope this helps.
