I have seen the attached reports. Your wife is 30 weeks pregnant and has a severe oligohydramnios- means the liquor- fluid around the baby is very much reduced. The placents is also slightly lower down in position that is causing the mild bleeding. The bleeding can be stopped with the help of medicines but the reduced liquor is difficult to treat. She needs a regular checkup and monitoring of fetal cardiac activity with a non stress test along with a high portein diet and proper medicines to help the fluid to form around the baby.
