Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thank you for the details given

This suggests a viral respiratory infection. As there is no fever and he is active and playful, we need not worry. It will settle in 4-5 days.

You can give him Syrup Levocetirizine(2.5mg/5ml)- 5ml at night.
Instead of zedex, give Syrup Ascoril LS- 5ml 3 times daily.
If there is nasal block, you can use Oxydrops pediatric nasal drops 2-3 times daily

With these measures, he will be fine in 4-5 days. If not, or if he develops fever, we can evaluate further
Also, keep away from dust/cold

I hope this answer will help
Regards, Dr Aslam
