Brief Answer:
it seems he is suffering from allergic rhinosinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is evident from the symptoms that he is probably suffering from allergic rhinosinusitis. Please do get an X-ray paranasal sinus done.

Do consult an ENT surgeon as there may be a need to do a nasal endoscopy. Start nasal fluticasone spray and antiallergic tablet (i.e. Tab Levocetirizine 5mg once daily).

Take steam inhalation. In my patients, generally, I advise starting antibiotic Augmentin for 7 days. He can be started on this after discussing with his ENT.

Please stay away from cold, dust. Change pillow cover, bed sheet twice a week. Trying some nasal breathing exercise will also be helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
