Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Jaundice is a clinical sign and jaundice can be caused by many clinical conditions and thus detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.
Common causes for jaundice are infective causes like hepatitis and stone diseases like stone diseases including gallbladder and biliary system. Rarely tumors of the pancreas can also cause jaundice.
Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated,
basic investigations like liver function test(LFT), ultrasound or CT scan of the abdomen are required to make a diagnosis. Additional investigations may be required based on initial assessment.
