Brief Answer:
Needs correction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the delay in my response,

Cholesterol levels are high and will need anticholesterol medication like Rosuvastatin 5 mg daily night after food for a minimum period of 6 months.

The thyroid stimulating hormone level is also high, this could be the reason for her weight gain. She might need correction but to decide on treatment complete thyroid hormone profile has to be assessed.
