NO DIABETES. HAD SURGERY LAST YEAR FOR REMOVAL OF KIDNEY STONES, BUT I AM FINE NOW. I AM TAKING ONLY ONE MEDICINE "LIPICARD-160" ONE TAB AT NIGHT.

Topical steroid antifungal cream, antihistaminic tablet

Detailed Answer:
I would recommend your to apply topical steroid antifungal cream like beclomethasone clotrimazole ( candid B cream) cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily for 10 days.
This will improve your condition.
